For registered restaurant partners and administrators, we collect login details, email addresses, and contact phone numbers. All administrative and partner passwords undergo secure hashing (Bcrypt cryptography) before being stored in our database to prevent unauthorized access.
When submitting reviews or rating cards on hotel details pages, your submitted name, rating grade, and comments are stored publicly in our database to assist other users. Avoid posting sensitive personal details in public comments.
Our platform uses WhatsApp click-to-chat links for marketplace items and hotel inquiries. These interactions occur directly between you and the restaurant or vendor. SolapuriFood does not access, monitor, or store the contents of your chat messages.
We may use standard web tracking tools or cookies to collect basic navigation patterns, browser details, and anonymous usage statistics to optimize page loading speeds and card performance.
