Any orders, financial transactions, deliveries, or disputes arising from WhatsApp ordering are handled directly between you and the respective vendor/restaurant. SolapuriFood is not a party to these transactions and holds no liability.
We encourage authentic, respectful reviews of local eateries. We reserve the right to remove ratings or reviews containing profanity, hate speech, spam, or promotional material for competing external entities.
Featured advertising plans (Gold Promotion, Platinum Sponsorship) are active for 1 year from activation. Partners must renew before the expiry date to retain hero slider placement and featured badges. Standard free listings do not expire.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime, error-free location calculation, or the continuous availability of specific hotel listings.
